Francesca Verones is Professor at the Industrial ecology Programme of NTNU. Her work centers around developing life cycle impact assessment (LCIA) models to quantify human impacts on our ecosystems.

Marius Korsnes is Associate Professor at the Department of Interdisciplinary Studies of Culture at NTNU, leading the ERC-funded project ‘A Middle Way? Probing Sufficiency through Meat and Milk in China’ (MidWay). His research addresses social challenges, inequality, and sustainability transformation in food and agriculture, and he is involved in several projects and research networks on these issues.

Yu Wang is Senior Researcher at Department of Architecture and Planning. His research focuses on just, inclusive, and sustainable urban transition. He has been involved in several EU projects, including URBAN- EU-CHINA focusing on EU and China cooperation on sustainable urbanisation. Recently, he is the project lead for the EU DUT-project ENACT 15-minute City.

Liv Elin Torheim, Norwegian Institute of Public Health (NIPH), is co-chair of the Centre for Sustainable Diets and is also Professor of Public Health Nutrition at OsloMet. Her research focuses on food environments, and food and nutrition policies. She has been involved in several EU and NRC research projects.

Laura Terragni, Oslo Metropolitan University (OsloMet), is Professor of Public Health Nutrition at OsloMet and Head of the research group in Public Health Nutrition. Her research focuses on social and cultural aspects affecting food habits, social inequalities in diets and interventions for promoting food security among vulnerable groups. The team will work interdisciplinary through an early internal workshop hiring professionals to facilitate interdisciplinary training and team building.
